An ORC Single Number Time over Time (TOT) rating will be calculated for each race entry, based on a weighted average of the historical statistical wind strength and wind direction for the route during the months of the race.
The data used to compute the ratings, will be as published in the Pilot Charts issued by the U.S. Defence Mapping Agency.
The final formula applied will be published along with the rates no later than 13th December at 17h00.
The close-off for ratings amendments will be 12 December 2024 at 17h00.
